Residential Mold Remediation

SERVPRO of Palo Alto received a call from a customer in Redwood City who smelled mold in the master bedroom. Our project manager came out for the inspection, bringing specialized equipment that determined the presence of mold under the carpet and on the walls, from previous water damage that was handled incorrectly by another contractor company. Our SERVPRO professionals took on the task to deliver high quality service to the customer. Carpeting was removed, and subfloor was cleaned and treated for mold. Mold remediation was necessary to ensure the health and safety of the home’s residents. This included some initial demo work to expose the underlying spaces. SERVPRO performed an entire restoration of the affected areas, after the mold was cleaned, eliminated, and sanitized from the structural surfaces. The customer was very pleased with the work provided by our professionals.
