Flooded Palo Alto From Sump Pump Failure

During the last winter rains, this beautiful home in Palo Alto was flooded throughout the entire finished basement. There was 4 inches of standing water that needed to be pumped and then extracted out. Once the water was out we were able to remove the damaged drywall, insulation and dry the home within a week. The homeowners fixed their sump pump and were happy to be able to move on.
