Storm Damage in Palo Alto Home

This home in Palo Alto experienced a disastrous event when a tree fell onto their home due to the high winds of a storm. Fortunately, no one was injured inside or outside the house. SERVPRO of Palo Alto responded immediately and created a restoration plan along with the family and their insurance company. When it was all in place, our SERVPRO crew began by removing the debris and placed temporary tarps on the damaged roof. They continuously worked in the restoration of the roof, as well as the damage caused inside the home. The homeowner was very pleased with the efficiency and quality performed by our crew.
