SERVPRO of Palo Alto has been called out for the past three years consecutively to an exclusive holiday party in downtown Palo Alto to extract and pump water. The heavy rains every winter put a damper on the event and tends  flooded heavily as the event planners had been working for weeks to organize this extravaganza, setting up tents, creating a skating rink, and hauling in 20 foot tall Christmas trees.

SERVPRO was on site during the days before the big event pumping out thousands of gallons of water and extracting water throughout the party. The water was creating a mess in the middle of the affair. Luckily the rain paused for a few hours while the party was happening. The event planner that hired us was so appreciative we were there on site for them and they called three days later to hire us again on the cleanup efforts.
